To make a reservation, complete the form and send along with a $200 deposit. You may send a personal check to KDavis Travels at 4400 Belmont Park Terrace, # 135, Nashville, TN 37215. The balance of payment must reach us 90 days before the trip start date, otherwise your reservation cannot be held. If you make your reservation within 90 days of the trip start date, the full payment is due at the time of the reservation.
Cancellations
Please send notice of cancellation in writing to the office of KDavis Travels and refunds can be made as follows:

I strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance. An unexpected illness, an accident or family emergency can make a sudden change of plans necessary. Having insurance to cover your already paid trip expenses is most helpful. A travel agent can give you information on travel insurance.
Confirmation
After I have received your reservation and deposit, I will send a confirmation/information letter and a release form. Please sign and return the release form to me immediately. Only then is your reservation complete. About 60 days prior to the trip, I will provide you a packet of detailed trip information and will notify you of a pre-trip group meeting.
